Greedy Lips was created to keep that feeling alive. Not to manufacture a product. To prepare food the way it was always meant to be, with time, patience, and genuine care for the person who will eat it.
Panjari is more than a sweet. It has been part of Indian homes for generations. Every family has its own recipe and its own balance. The intention has always been the same, to prepare something wholesome, comforting, and worth sharing.
We do not claim to have the definitive recipe. We claim to make ours with the same care every single time.
As food became faster and more industrial, many traditional recipes lost the patience that made them special. Recipes that once took an afternoon began taking minutes. Ingredients that once had names began having codes.
We believed something was being lost. Not just flavour, but intention. Greedy Lips started with a simple idea: if we are making food for others, it should be good enough to serve at our own table.

Whole wheat flour roasted slowly in ghee until it turns golden and fills the kitchen with warmth.
